• Presentation of the pilot group for Transcreativa´s project Creative Pole

 On February 24 Sinnergiak Social Innovation (UPV / EHU) introduced the partcipants of the pilot group of Transcreativa project(Intereg SUDOE IV B) at Carlos Santamaria UPV/EHU in Donostia-San Sebastian. The group will develop along six weeks a competency-based (training basic, technical, entrepreneurial and process competencies) and Problem Solving training, withing the resolution of real challenges from companies and organizations from the Cultural and Creative Industries. The training based on competencies is composed by the following phases:

•        Knowledge Integration
•        Choices exploration
•        Prototyping of solutions
•        Best solution
•        Sozialisation
•        Presentation of the solution to the Agent

The pilot group will meet every tuesday and hursdays from 10:00 to 13:00 at Donostia-San Sebastian European Cultural Capital 2016 facilities building (Easo street).
